I have been using this company for years with out issues and in the last month i have had issues with my maps wiping several times. first it was lost island but now its happening to other maps in the cluster, WTF is going on? My community would fall apart quick if they continue to lose progess and i should not have to bvack up the servers every day just to make sure this doesnt happen. I need answers and quick please....

You don't have the setting on your panel for the Extinction Event turned on by any chance?

i have the same issue with my Rust server, it reboots 7am and sometimes all progress and bases are gone with me having to reload a backup

Are you sure the Rust thing isn't the monthly wipe that FacePunch pushes to all servers?

As for ARK, it's a known issue per the WildCard forums, which they are investigating presently.
