Today one my Admins contacted me that my server was down. I logged into the website and it listed my server as "Stopped". No explanation or anything. It's been my understanding that the server automaticly restarts if something causes it to shut down unless the command to stop it was given directly from the Admin panel on the website. So could anyone enlighten me as to what has (or might) have happened?

From our end it's impossible to know what happened, but here are several possibilities:

1. Server crashed and did not restart.
2. The dedicated machine hosting the server crashed.
3. Server was trying to update but failed to automatically restart.

These are all the possibilities I could think of, perhaps there could be more. Anyways it's a rare case where the server stops on its own on Arkservers.io but if the problem persists you can do the following:

1. Change the machine, this will most likely fix the problem.
2. Contact customer support and they might be able to help.
