I'd like to know where and if I can modify the engram cost and or remove engrams for my server. We are customizing it to be more medieval tech only and we do not have the ability to edit it from the websites admin server controls. Is there another location where we can edit this?

you can edit that stuff by clicking on Manage, then clicking on the expert tab. You will then be presented with the ability to edit the game.ini and gameuser.ini where most settings changes are made. Additionally you can modify the command line from the same tab. In addition to that method, you may stop your server, thus revealing the ftp credentials, then log in with an ftp client, I would recommend FileZilla, it is free, and modify the same files from there.
