I'm having a problem uploading character, I've uploaded my dinos and items and wanted to upload my survivor before I closed my server to save him for later DLC and expansions but it doesn't seem to give me the option anymore. I've had this survivor since day 1 it's always had the option seems it disappeared?

That option is based on your tribute settings. You will need to have the server be unclustered to allow the game to load into the ARK Cloud.
