For some reason my wild dinos are constantly breeding leading to mass amount of dinos in the server making almost un survivable with all the carnos. The mods i have are primal fear, structures plus, tcs auto rewards, editable server ui, selvison, naj's speedy flyers, naj's speedy ice wyvern, tribute and element transfer, hg stacking 5000, better reusables, better beacons 2.0, dino colors plus, dino costumes, rareisghtings. Is it possible one of these mods are causing the breeding or is it something i have to edit?

Wild Dinos should not breed on their own. The only exceptions to that are the new dino just released and sorta penguins?

One of your mods would be the most likely culprit, unless you've put your dino spawn at a ridiculously high number, then that would be your culprit.
