Hi, i'd like to ask older users if it's normal for the server to lag for like 2-5 secs every couple of minutes. I rented a basic 60slot server to play with a friend (so only 2 players total), yet it laggs every so often. Running Mods: Superspy glass and classic fliers Also got dino count multiplier at 3 , however the server already lagged before i increased the spawnrate.

Do i need to get a higher plan or something?

Hey I use this host for long time no lag , it maybe classic fliers , I don't know what map you run , but CF like owerspawn sometime wyverns .so I think maybe that's it . Sorry for my English ...

Running Island at the moment. I thought about that but since the game already had that issue on the first launch i discarded that chance and thought maybe it was a matter of resources included in the package i was using. I'll try disableing everything and see if it still laggs then add one mod by one and pinpoint it.

My server is lagging also, but its more of a constant consistent lag. I've been using this service for 3 weeks so far, and the first 2 weeks were fine. This third week the server has a 1 second delay on everything I do (opening a container, attacking, mounting/dismounting a dino).

I'm wondering if it's my own internet connection or if it is the server itself.

I run 2x 60 slot servers and having the same problem having constant 1 second rubber banding everywhere. Anyone know anything? Considering cancelling my account since they only assign 1 core to a server.

Depending on your SuperSpyglass ini settings, you might be causing the lag. SuperSpyglass uses a workaround hack to enable some of it's long distance viewing, namely it partially loads in dinosaurs and additional data that is not normally rendered in game. Basically changing your render distance.

But if it's lagging with just those mods... you might have something else cranked up in a crazy manner. I would recommend emailing support so they can review your settings and offer a suggestion.
