Greetings,

I was having sporadic disconnects as of recent on my Ark server. Now, when I try to log into the game I am getting "UE4-shootergame game has crashed and will close" error.

I can play single player locally on my PC without issue. I was also able to log into an Ark server run by a friend of mine and did not get the error.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Ark twice to include a complete local file verification each time.

I have run a "rebuild on my server.

I have confirmed that my OS is up to date and that the drivers for my video card are as well.

I am still getting the UE4 error when I try to log into my server.

Any information/guidance would be sincerely appreciated,

In the off chance that the issue is the map (since it recently updated), Tunguska, I am deleting the map and installing another map. The Valley. We'll see how it goes.

UE4-shootergame game has crashed and will close is only part of the error.

That particular snippet though indicates the local game on your computer has crashed. That being the case, you have a mod that needs to be fixed or the core game files have an issue that's unique to that map, and not the server.

You'll need to verify your files and possibly uninstall and reinstall your local mods.
