Im getting really frustrated with this server host. Ive been experiencing a LOT of issues regarding time-outs, crashing, mod loading issues and sometimes it just wont load at all. Is this affecting other server users?

It can take anywhere from 20min to 4 hours to load my server! Thats fucking unacceptable when im paying for this service! My PC is well equipped to handle the mods I have installed.

Something HAS to be done on the end of the server to fix this issue. It honestly makes me wanna uninstall the game and cancel the server.

i am also having mega lag and server crash's and it is taking forever for server to load have waited 15 to 30 mins and while server manager shows server online it is not showing up on server list.

Server listing for ARK is in general extremely bad, and if your experiencing lag you’ll need to troubleshoot some of the more common causes of server lag first. A good starting point is finding out your servers NPC count and the server FPS average and going from there.

Its been touch and go for months now. I cancelled all but one of my servers and switched to a new host. Hosting anything with larger mods usually leads to constant rebuilds and rollbacks after every update. Didn't use to be like this at all. The service is fine for what you pay for it.

Does anyone know of a better hosting site to go through?

If your happy with crap service than thats your problem....IM NOT! I cant have other people join my server if it wont f-ing load!

I've been using this service since 2018, I support a YouTube community of 2200 viewers, a Discord community of 159 members, and a cluster of 3 ARK maps (Dodo Island Bonus, Valguero Brutal and Island Carebear) and a 7D2D server (The Apocalypse, Deal with It).

I'm not sure what issues you're having on your server, nor what steps you've taken to try and resolve them. However, I can only state that I'm not seeing issues on my servers. Which tells me via the process of logic that the host seems to be working.

AmberFox if your having problems it's most likely on your end, or the choice of mods used. I am running a 5 server cluster and the only problems I have had were all related to my end NOT the host. Sure there might be a better host out there for your needs, however your going to pay much more money. As for the in-game list of servers, good luck on that.... Wildcard is retarded on their sampling of servers. Ive not once ever seen my own cluster in the list, yet all of my foreign players (people outside of the US) have found my servers though the in-game list. If you need help with your servers, all you have to do is ask. Tell us what steps you've taken, what mods your attempting to use. it's all about trial and error.... 90% of someones issues are on their end, not the host.
