The Forum doesn't appear to have a search or "tag" function. Both might significantly alleviate the cognitive overhead of answering zillions of support requests through forums.
Secondary Admins. Essentially we need to be able to allow 1 or 2 people to be able to reboot or start the server if they hang or fail to complete updating and restart. We might also want to give them the ability to turn on or off mods, but not install or uninstall them. This would help greatly in the event of a flawed mod update that causes buildings / dinos / items to disappear or malfunction (i.e. the massive Reusables Plus issue with crashing servers).
a way to disable specific dinos from being transferred. I know, I know, this isn't really your department, but if you manage to discover the config lines that prevent it, that would help greatly for clusters who have Aberration. Most people will agree any fliers, rexes, gigas etc would just be too OP for Aberration.
In any case, except for today's update hang, service has been far better than the other 4 game server hosts we've had. Thanks!
