Game is crashing when one player joins This player has been playing for 11hours and is not on a ban list this player can join other servers and play with no issues just want to delete the profile and see if it helps if the player starts from level 1 it will be fine. How do I do that?

Stop your server from the manage panel. Using the credentials on the SFPT tab, login to your server via an ftp client that supports SFTP, Navigate to the Saved ARKs folder. Locate the player profile file with their SteamID# as the filename. Delete their player profile. Restart your server.
