You'll definitely want to send an email in for that, as the Forum is just community driven support. We can make educated suggestions based on experience, but you'll want the official support via email if you believe a DDOS attack on your server.

I did send an email however nobody is getting back to me

Normal turn around time is 24 - 48 hours for email support, however with the current increase in customers and users of the service due to world events, I would suspect it may take a bit longer.
