Hi, we need a bit of help here. Banning a player with the ingame console and with the serveradmin file "blacklist" does not seem to keep them out as they keep coming back in with the same steam account?? How do we fix this

So I noticed everytime we restart the server, the banlist clears!

JDVanVuuren, I would submit an email into the support group so they can be made aware. Most likely the ban list wasn't added to the exclusion rules for a rebuild on restart. I'm reaching out to my contacts to make them aware as well.

thank you for your reply.. it seems that the staff at arkservers is non responsive as i have sent out alot of mails already without one reply

I informed the staff that there was a report about a blacklist reset. They seemed responsive, but the staff who handles email is a small group of individuals, who have seen their average work load increase exponentially as the shelter in place restrictions have spread worldwide. I know they are processing email requests, it's just slow going on their part considering.
