Just came back to the game a week ago and opened up a new server and cant get the option to pick up structures to work. Even s+ no longer has this option. I have entered AlwaysAllowStructurePickUp=True into the gameusersettings.ini in the expert tab but it does not allow for pickup after the timer runs out. Anyone else have this issue that was able to get it resolved?

You have to remember to include the header for any ini options. Did you make sure to put that in your ini tests?
