Apparently Tek Helper has been removed from steam and it will not allow servers to load. It will give a mod map failure to all servers running it. Remove it and the servers will work!

A lot of mods are being removed from Steam. Going private due to WildCard and Steam cracking down on things, presumably prepping for EGS mods.
