Is anybody else having this problem? We seem to be having this issue where many if not all servers in our cluster load the mods, then restart gain and again.

Clusters share the same bare metal server / computer, which means they share the same hard disk, the same CPU, Bandwidth, etc.

It's a common mistake with new cluster owners to reboot their whole cluster, and then experience a ... well cluster.

You've pretty much bottle necked the bandwidth and hard disk on the machine most likely. Your best option is to stop all your servers in the cluster, and start them each one by one.

Let one finish, then the next one. This is call "Cascading" restarts. It's common IT practice in a peered network system, allowing for what's called Graceful Failover.

The cluster is actually configured on the backend to do all of it's updates / restarts in such a cascade, to prevent such activity from slowing down your entire cluster
