I´ve been trying to change the server from South Africa to North America to get a better ping, but everytime i change steam players are not able to log, even usin the ip address. We tried all North America regions but the result was the same Anyone knows how to make it work?

Many South African internet companies have pretty strict firewall policies when it comes to accessing certain services outside of their governments. Steam and other online shops happen to often be blocked. I think Epic Games isn't at current? But outside of contacting your internet service provider and showing them via trace route where they have north american steam store blocked, there's little you can do probably.
