What are our options, with Arkservers.Io, for creating chat across our cluster and our discord?

There are many options for creating a cross chat interface via RCON. However there are no turnkey operations provided by the host.

Most individuals deploy an RCON bot, but find as their cluster population grows that it suffers for having cross ARK chat, as the chat becomes super fast.

So the next level big brain play is to typically have something deployed more for tribe usage and not cluster usage.

The servers that I have seen where it works well are ones that are running an api on the host. Unfortunately they are all for a windows host. I feel our provider should be able to help us with this in some way.

I can understand how you would feel that way, but this host offers a great product for the price, and I for one don't mind putting forth extra work to deploy an RCON Discord bot or python bot or something similar as opposed to the host developing a similar toolset and then charging extra for such development and deployment.

But you are correct, if you want to use ARK API you'll need to find a Windows Host. (Those usually charge more because the Windows provider also has to pay for a Windows License per server.) Also, for what it's worth, ARK API uses a dll injection method to operate, which does expose some extra security holes on the server. As such you'll find some ARK API servers heavily compromised.
