I am looking to enable or set up CrossArk chat for my cluster, but googling around hasn't helped as they mostly assume you OWN the machine and not using a host. Any idea if it's possible to set up if you are running your servers from ArkServers.io?

You have to OWN a machine outside of this server to act as the chat server. This is by design as allowing foreign programs to be ran from a game server is just asking for some type of abuse.
