That will require the Expect tab with ini setting adjustments. Boss difficulty is tied directly into server difficulty. Boss loot is tied to loot containers. I suggest looking up beacon for the easiest way to config loot containers. As for difficulty, realize that in general ARK is a grind game, so the only thing ramping the vanilla difficulty does is forces players to breed dinos longer.
