So I haven’t touched my harvest settings in well over a year and for some reason since yesterday when we harvest anything we only get 60-160 nothing more then 160 when my harvest is set to 15. Can anyone help?

ARK re-did the whole algorithm for harvesting, you'll have to pretty much retweak it all.

The numbers no longer indicate what they used to indicate, and the scaling is different as well. So it's still a harvesting setting, but getting the right amount of stuff to harvest now requires adjusting the number.

You also may have to look at harvesting health optimization as well as resource capping as those were manipulated too.
