I am trying to cluster up with someone elses Ark Server maps and when we granted access to each other and see each others maps but when we go to cluster it doesnt show all of the servers.

This usually indicates that the servers are still loading or booting up. If they got rebooted recently it can take a bit for it all to re-sync back.
