Me and a friend both have an Ark server that are clustered together, both are set to shutdown after 45 minutes of nobody being online.  I would like to set it up to where when 1 server is started, the other also starts up, is this possible?

It is not, due to performance reasons, starting multiple servers at the same time can cause a bottleneck, so there's not an option for that.
