When i started playing on the server i just got, it was fine graphics werent dookie. It's like stuff don't load in? Ive tried it in singleplayer and it works fine, all my graphics are high and above, my resolution scale is to the max. Grass and stuff looks fine. But boxes and smithy's don't. So i don't know if its the server settings making it so everyone has the same graphics on the server if so, please someone tell me how to revert that.

Nope. Servers don't send anything other than binary asset information to your client, your client then processes all the graphical information.

Thank you for the fast reply, i think i found the problem tho. It was the map itself giving us that problem. We switched map and now everything is fine

Some maps are just HORRIBLY optimized, so will put more strain on the local clients.

-Most- officail maps don't, but Crystla Isles, Val, and Ragnarok (coincidentally the 3 that were mods before DLC) are known for pushing the edge of reasonable.
