How do I enable the event on my server? Do I set the event option to None(Default) or specifically to Valentine's Day?

None(Default) should allow for WildCard to control your events. If not though, you would need to specificy Valentine's Day in the dropdown, providing the command line option this year matches last years. If it does/did not then I'm sure the panel dev will get it updated quickly, if not already.
