hi could anyone help me with regards to runing a custom map on my server cant seem to get it to work 

You'll need to have the custom map stored at a drop box location (as all players need to have acess to the map.) and to use the panel option to load the map from the Dropbox URL. Be sure to include the ? as most people new to Rust server management tend to mentally skip that step.
