i just recently paid 30.00 additional dollars but have decided to end running game servers i'm tired and getting old . i have $64.69 in credit need to know if it's possible to get refund

Once your servers have all be cancelled/closed to stop further billing accrual you can request a refund via email to the official support line.

Just a reminder that when a refund is processed, it is done by refunding to the payment methods used in reverse order (Meaning hte last payment method to add funds will get their funds, then the one before that, and so on.) including donations. So if you added $30.00 to the funds, but the $34.69 on the account prior to that from collected donations, you would recieve a refund of $30.00 and your donors would recieve on their payment methods, in the reverse order of their donating, until the $34.69 remaining was redistributed. This is for legal reasons due to the possibility otherwise for people to scam donors out of funds.

You'll need to discuss that with support, as these forums are still only community support. If I had to guess, you possibly added a server in the middle of a billing cycle. But you'll want to discuss financial matters with the actual company, and not the general public.
