I just got the server and its the 3rd time that i launch the server and it tells me that. At first it was saying that the server had mods to update so i restarted it. Now it says up to date and still tells me the Mod version mismatch when i try to join the server. Not sure what to do.

Delete all the mods on your PC then allow them to download them again. I know that is frustrating, but the easiest solution. 

Oh okay so its a problem on my side? Do i just unsub to all and resub to all of em? Or is there an extra step

On your PC, go to Steam/steamapps/common/Ark/shootergame/content/mods and delete the entire directory. When you launch your game it will download the latest mods. Depending on how many mods you have, it could take a while.
