i want to transfer ownership of my server to my other admin. i will not be paying the bill anymore and i want him to be able to keep it going if he wishes with sole ownership.
how would i go about doing this since we3 cant make support tickets?

Support tickets are handled via the email link just in the lower right hand corner

Outside of that, this is the way I've transferrred servers in the past:

Owner 1 makes a backup of their server.
Owner 2 makes an account.
Owner 1 and 2 share access from account to account.
Owner 2 makes a new server, then copies the settings from Owner 1s server.
Owner 1 moves their backup to Owner 2's server.
Owner 2 restores the backup.
Upon verifying everything is in place, Owner 1 then cancels their account.
