Anyone is in knowledge how to disable TRANSMUTATOR AND MUTATOR from S+?

I tryed many ways, and i cannot do that... maby something wrong with command line on .ini - > please if anyone have it please share!

Afraid not. You may want to try the S+ DIscord and/or Steam Page? As it went open source, there's also a few alternatives out there that spawned. N+ and Super Structures come to mind.
