I have done the whole .ini file and added AllowRockDrakeMating=True. The option on the scroll wheel doesn't have mating show up. Its just not there. I have tried cryo pod them and leaving the area. I cant find anyone else having this problem or any solution being offered. Can someone help?

I would try reaching out to the Mod Author. As the Vanilla ARK ini flags generally don't apply to non-Vanilla dinos. 

you put it on gus.ini? (GameUserSettings.ini) Whit [BetterDinos] header?

Backup your server and try run mod without other dino mods to see if it works correcly, than backup.

Ask mod author, MagSynchro is right.

Rock Drake (my favorite dino) doesnt breeding originaly, you see:

But when you use this option on True, you need put BetterDinos (krakens) first loader from other dino mods, and if you have Core mod, so.... its happend: same options can break or doesnt works fine.
