"We are currently experiencing an extreme lack of availability in the North America networks, We are working on expanding this but due to the current climate of hardware globally - there's a pretty major shortage of everything - this may take some time unlike our normal instant roll out of new hardware. If we couldnt wait, our suppliers have gone up by 50% in price recently, and I dont think people would be very excited about paying the extra for that right now.
We are sorry to all affected by this, we are working on a solution, but unfortunately cant rush these things without a major bump in cost which is relayed to customers."
Message end.
As this host's pricing is completely based upon cost of hardware and bandwidth, I would presume that the above message would indicate the monthly cost for servers would increase if this host were to snap up any hardware at the inflated price listed. And as the host would need to recoupe the cost in a short manner most likely, that increase would be greater than 50% per month.
As a customer who wishes to continue with this host, my best option at this time is to patiently await a timely resolution of the global supply chain issue, or possibly swap one of current servers in my cluster to the new map.
