Hi. My Ark server was reported as having crashed near an hour back. I access the server, via the control panel, and issued the stop command. Now the server has been stopping and the status is just sitting at, "setting up". This has been like this for nearly 20 minutes or so. I cannot access the control panel anymore to recover the server from one of my automatic 1 hour backup jobs. Can someone assist please.

When i look at the server account logs, it appears to be a server labeled as "10174". Server name is pewpewkachew.

Support is awesome. They have already responded to my request here and are working on the solution. Thank you guys.

There were problems with a single machine, ark53, and an unlucky few were offline for a few hours! We got it back up, though! =)

THESE GUYS WORK FAST , IF YOU GUYS NEED ANY HELP JUST ASK I HAD THIS SERVER ALMOST A YEAR NOW.
