I don't think enough people here send much praise to you but I have to say, the way you run and operate your server host AND keep the cost low for us is an amazing feat. I have been using your server host now for almost a year and I haven't had any issues in terms of lag or customer service. I did recently had an issue from one of my servers where my server was crashing for no reason and your support team helped me out pretty fast and got to the bottom of it. I read your recent blog and you are right, NO ONE should feel entitled to the service you bring. It's either take it or leave it. And quite frankly, I have tried other server hosts and nothing compares to this one. I even ran tests on others compared to arkservers.io and this one beats most server hosts.

(PS- Any news on when you will have Multiple Access to my server function to work on the server host so I'm not the only one who can restart a server?)
