How do I download the server files so I can save it for another time?  I want to swap games and download the current files so I can reinstalll the save another time

You can do this either by making an automatic or manual easy backup via the backups tab, which will bundle everything in a nice compressed format for smaller storage size, or manually via sftp and simply downloadinig the files.
