Does anyone know the waiting period regarding refund-cancellation requests? I requested a refund via email on the arkservers website 2 days ago, but no one responded yet to my mail. It's my first time having an account with them and I requested a refund on day 4 with arkservers. All my request falls under the Terms and Services.
If anyone can give any info, it will be much appresciated.
