If you're seeing this message, that means you've made it to the ARKServers.io community forums. Perhaps you came here out of curiousity, and it's also possible you came here looking for assistance.
Just want to say first, welcome!
Second, here are a few things that will make your experience better here:
1) Occasiaonlly a staff member may wander in here to address large scale issues, but this is largely for notification purposes.
2) This is a Community Forum, while it started out as a Support Forum over 5 years ago, the support model for this company has evolved to where official support is provided via emailing [email protected] for assistance. While many people here will have varying levels of experience, and will assist when capable, it's recommended for any support of an official capacity to send an email in. This will ensure the company has your request on file, that the timeline can be properly documented, and that during the support process, nothing private will be spread across a Forum.
3) This hosting provider supports multiple games, and since I've been a customer in 2017, I've seen the following in a form of anything from Alpha stage discussion supporting a game to full blown implementation of games. As of this writing, the following supported games are ARK, 7 Days to Die, Valheim, and Rust. In the past, this list has included PixARK, and from a developement standpoint has included Minecraft, Conan Exiles, Atlas, and many others that my 40 year old brain have forgotten. And my 40 year old brain, while fairly sturdy does not include clairvoyance, nor does it have the ability to telepathically read your mind, or technokentically read what you may have typed out and then deleted. Due to this, when posting on the forums here, please include the game you are needing assitance with.
4) In fact, for the quickest assistance on the forums from the Community, post your inquiries like the following:
ARKIO URL: https://server-mtajqnfh.valheimers.com/
Issue: When I turn on Crossplay, my server shows up for GamePass users, but they cannot join.
Doing so will make it easier for people to know what you're needing assistance with, and hopefully will cut down on the number of posts where someone says "HELP!" and then weeks pass by and someone goes "Well, what do you need help with? Use your words!"
