Thought I'd post here in case someone else has had this issue. 

I tried running the ARK dino mod, Pugnacia, and discovered an issue with dinos despawning rapidly and not respawning. 

I narrowed it down to Pugancia by starting a fresh default map (TheIsand) with just the Pugnacia mod installed. 

To recreate the issue, I make a note of a dino at a particular location, then go out of render distance. When I go back to that location, the dino(s) have all despawned and there are no others in their place. This ends up eventually with an almost completely empty server. 

Has anyone seen such a thing happen? 

I have not, but as most ARK:SE mods are well passed the point of frequently updating, it's likely to not be fixed sadly.

I would try with the Pugnacia dev team, just to be sure, but that's the drawback of playing a game that the publisher and community have "officially" moved on from.

I have noticed that too in my pugnacia server as well.
