So I know this is a new setting with the new update. I was wondering how to set that up here since it is part of the ini and I am not good enough at this stuff to feel confident about not breaking everything. Any help would be appreciated.

The owner of the company is currently moving to a new country.
Once they get settled in, they should be upgrading the panel to include the 0.4.x updates.
Until then, you can edit the ini file, replace it with FTP, and turn off the auto healing. But I'm not 100% sure that would work as PalWorld does some wierd things. =/
