Zombies spawn in, but do not move. They do attack when you walk close enough but do not walk. Zombie movement is enabled in the configs Please advise.

Is this modded? As Zombie Movement generally is only disabled if certain XML files are altered, replaced, or nuked, typically caused by a non-compatible mod for the current stable or experimental branch being installed.
