Hello, I attempted to install ServerTools for 7 days to die, however, it semeed to have been the cause of zombies not moving on my server. Is this a known issue at all? I wasn't sure where to begin troubleshooting but I am certain I had this mod working some years ago on your hosting servers.

First question I always ask:
You are aware that ever since version 20 of Server tools, give or take, that a LOT of the functions of the toolset do not work with most third party hosting providers due to the fact the project launches a nested webpage with the WebGUI function?

Second question to always ask:
What version of ServerTools did you install?

Third question to ask:
Did you follow the documentation from bitbucket? 

Fourth Question:
The Web_API doesn't work with this host, due to port issues / restrictions / blocking, so you did make sure it's turned off in the config? If you leave it on, it can cause some strange behavior, so you'll need to have it off and sadly will need to do all of the setup either in game, or by editing the files manually.

Final Question:
Did you follow the setup instructions for Linux, or for Windows? As the Windows instructions will not work on this host, and will create / move / delete some files that Linux needs to have things work. 

If you must use Server Tools and need to use the Web_API setup, I strongly suggest self hosting, or hosting through a VMS, sadly as good as the Web_API is, it opens up some security issues for those who host it. =/

1 - No, I hadn't been aware. Thanks for letting me know. The webmap used to work on your servers and was hoping for that functionality again.

2 - Version G 1.2.1.1 as listed on their downloads page(the latest version)

3 - As best as I was able to, yes. I had used ServerTools several versions ago, I looked for the ServerTools folder to be created in the directory that is the parent to the Mods folder, as before. I'll try manually creating this folder and seeing if that pushes it through.

4 - I wasn't able to get far enough into the process for this but I will do so when able.

5 - I did not note a differentiation as of this writing but I will be looking through the documentation again.

Also, keep in mind you cannot have the server repair files when using anything third party / addon related for 7Days, as this will remove all non-compliant folders. So that might be something tripping it up too?
