is there a way I can create a cross chat on my servers

There are mods that allow for cross chat, but they all require you to host a secondary chat server, or a bot server. The display for cross chat often also doesn't stay in sync, and the more ARK Servers you add to your cluster, the more network chatter the servers have to do.

In general, it's often just far easier for players to just voice chat / text chat via a program like Discord.
