Actually, you can move it yourself. Just click on Servers at the top of the screen, then Manage for the server, then Basic Settings, then click on Move. You can choose to stay in the same geographic region, or jump to a different one. Either way, you will be moved to the fastest available machine in the region you select.

Your settings, mods, saves, and clusters will be preserved in the move. It will take 5-60 minutes, depending on how many mods you have installed.
