If your server uses more than 12GB of RAM, we will pause it to prevent it from affecting our other customers. If this happens to you, you will see a message about it on our website. You can look at the Charts tab (under Manage Your Server) to confirm that you did exceed 12GB of RAM.

You can then either upgrade to the "Huge Server" plan (which has unlimited RAM), or look for ways to reduce your RAM usage. Certain mods, maps, and settings all produce excessive RAM usage, and it's up to you to experiment with your settings or upgrade your plan.
