hello, my server crashes all the time, please resolve otherwise I lose all players. thanks

+1 to this; my (7DtD) server was working fine last week, but now crashes any time players join. I have tried rebuilding the server, but the problem persists. I've been having quite a few problems with the arkservers.io service for 7DTD, and admit to be getting very frustrated. At this point, I'm not willing to buy the extra backup space just to fix what has never been a problem when I hosted the games myself; the game is completely vanilla, meaning no mods. It has had at most 3 players on at any given time, and so is not overtaxing sever array resources. And it consistently crashes every time I or one of the other players try to connect. Please fix this; at this point, the game which I'm paying to host is unable to be played, and since there isn't a huge public outcry from TFP, I assume it's not a problem with the 7DTD game code.

Well, having followed the FAQ's instructions, I did make a backup and performed a server wipe. I can confirm that, true to the FAQ, the crashes were the result of a corrupted save file. Alessandro, you may want to try that as well.

I'm still puzzled how the save file could get corrupted in the first place; it never crashed- and thus had no unexpected shutdowns- until this past week, in which it was not in use. It seems very odd to me that, absent restarting it while a save was in session, it could so corrupt the file. Between this incident, and trouble getting the server to recognize my save game when uploaded via FTP (as per the instructions linked from the SFTP page) I'm going to have to try moving my server elsewhere; this has been too many headaches too quickly, resulting in having to reset all my player's progress by making a new save game. I do have to give them props for an accurate FAQ page, though; the steps they listed did solve the problem for me; it's rare, in my experience, to see a summary of problems and their solutions presented so conveniently. So kudos to you, arkserver.io; that part of your service was well-done.
