how can I activate the marine drops on the island? I don't see any options on the admin panel. very thanks :D

Marine drops? Are you meaning Ocean and Deep Ocean Drops?

Drop "Beacons" are determined by the map creator, and there's not a way to just "turn on" drops that don't have an actual resource placement in the map file. There are some mods out there probably that will allow you to emulate or specify special places for drops and boxes though.
